Join HYP on Friday, April 10th at 6:00 pm for a bonfire outing by Priest Pass. Both HYP and non-HYP members are welcome!

We will meet up at the trailhead and start hiking by 6:00 pm. HYP will offer a carpool option as well. If you're interested in carpooling, then please meet in the parking lot in front of Staggering Ox by 5:30 pm. The hike is about one mile on fairly even terrain to the bonfire location. Wear shoes for snow/mud/ice as appropriate, given the weather. HYP will be providing s'mores but remember to bring your own drinks, headlamp, and ice cleats.

The trailhead is located here: 46°35'06.2"N 112°13'56.1"W. To get to the trailhead, drive west out of town on Highway 12 toward Missoula. Turn right towards Priest Pass. At the T, keep left. Drive until the road takes a sharp left. Then, the parking area will be on your right.
