Introducing our fall Young Professional Empowerment Speaker Series is a workshop for new and aspiring managers. It's intimidating to do our jobs while supporting another person to do theirs. Not to mention, management duties are never the only thing on our plate. Presenter Kiah Abbey works with civic organizations across Montana to support their organizational health, staff development, and volunteer structure. She brings more than a decade of experience in staff and volunteer management and leadership development and a passion for growing the skills and capacity of individuals and organizations. She lives in Missoula, MT with her partner, Jeremiah, and their two perfect cats, Puddy and Alfie.
